You will have to settle all expenses occured due to a cancellation of your stay. The following percentages are applicable on the total amount of roomnight reserved. Thank you for advising us soonest on any cancellation:
The following conditions are applicable:
| For Low season and Normal season: |
| +more than 30 D (days) before the beginning of your stay |
20% cancellation fee cancellation and refunding of the advanced deposit . |
| from D-30 to D-21 |
50% cancellation fee |
| from D-20 to D-11 |
75% cancellation fee |
| from D-10 to the date of beginning of the service |
100% cancellation fee (charging the total amount less the advanced deposit) |

| For High season only: |
| + more than 60 D (days) before de beginning of your stay |
30% cancellation fee cancellation and keeping the advanced deposit . |
| from D-60 till D-30 |
50% cancellation fee |
| from D-30 till D-15 |
75% cancellation fee |
| from D-14 till the beginning of your stay |
100% cancellation fee |
The amount of the advanced deposit is 30% of the overall amount of your reservation.
